php error site is down

i dont understand where to access php files or how to solve the issue. I also do not know how to view my emails from my site.
error is : Fatal error: Cannot use Barn2LibPluginPlugin as Plugin because the name is already in use in /var/sites/l/lovecats.org/public_html/wp-content/plugins/posts-data-table/src/Frontend_Scripts.php on line 7

I’m afraid that, your site lovecats.org is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
