    Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting.

    @joerootpk80, your site is also not hosted with WordPress.com, so we won’t be able to advise. You mentioned you’re not a technical person, so I’ll refer you to @staff-totoro’s reply from above about the possibility of moving your site to our platform.
