php fatal error
-
I have not checked my website for quite some time and the last time I edited it was in August this year. I have later received automated emails from WordPress informing me of errors on my website caused by Rank Math.
After updating all the plugins, every page created before this error does not appear in the ‘Page’ on WordPress (only blank). When I go to my website, the ‘Home’ page shows my website contents with the computer language and all other pages get this warning: ‘There has been a critical error on your website. Learn more about debugging in WordPress.’ PHP fatal error is also mentioned.
I don’t know what the PHP is and how to correct it and how to get all the pages back on WordPress. I would be grateful for any help so that I can get my live website back and working again.
Thank you.

Hi there,
On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.
If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help from the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.

Hello kokkieh
Thank you for your response.
This username/account was created when I downloaded the Jetpack plugin. When I searched for help from WordPress, I found this forum. And after clicking the link, it took me to this page with my account still log in.
Did you mean what my website was? It is mw-accounts-services.uk. My website now shows all details of the errors instead.
Thank you.

The site mw-accounts-services.uk appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on One.com Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/mw-accounts-services.uk+dns
To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org (the version of the platform that One.com uses) are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
In this case we are not able to look into your error directly, but you can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: http://wordpress.org/support/
You may also wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance.
Hope that points you in the right direction!
