Php file setup

  I am trying to get the php from http://bingoware.sourceforge.net/instructions.php into wordpress, can anyone help me get it setup plz?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPressdotcom users do not have access to their site’s PHP or JS nor can they upload such files to their WPcom sites.
