PHP for free plan?

Hi, I am looking at using WordPress + PHP. But I can’t find anything related to php configuration. Is this only available for medium plan and above?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Custom php is not permitted on any of the available plans.
If you wish to use custom php, you can create a site with the self-hosted version of WordPress.

@garysixtyeight – it’s always worthwhile clicking on the members profile page before answering a question because besides seeing if the question is a duplicate, it give you information about when the user signed up and perhaps their relatively familiarity with WordPressdotcom. Thanks for your help.

I’m sorry Jennifer for the confusion. After I’d posted my question, I was surprised the text “The blog I need help with is developerblog.redhat.com.” was added to the end of my question, which wasn’t the case.
Thus I created a page and changed it to my default site and repost my question, as I was unable to see anyway to edit the question in my first post. Again, sorry for the trouble and confusion. Will remember this if I post again next time. Cheers.
