PHP Parse error: syntax error

    WP site shows a blank page in normal browser.

    Getting error msg this site and several others:
    PHP Parse error:  syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/..<userName>../public_html/food-revolution.org/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4080

    How can I fix this when I can not log into my WP Admin panel but can only get in via my cPanel at my webhost?
