PHP Problem On Write Pages

  I’m getting this error message at the bottom of each page I’ve created with the write page function.
  Warning: comments_template(/home/hlnpoole/public_html/blog/wp-content/themes/tropical-breeze): failed to open stream: Success in /home/hlnpoole/public_html/blog/wp-includes/comment-functions.php on line 27

  I know nothing about PHP at this point. Could someone help please?
