PHP settings adjustment

I recently purchased a wordpress theme that has demo imports. The imports get stuck and I’m not able to activate them.

After looking up troubleshooting articles from the theme creator, they mentioned it is likely failing due to the PHP settings that are in place by default by wordpress.

They suggested that I need my PHP settings increased to the following in order to activate the live demos without issue:

    upload_max_filesize – 35M or greater
    post_max_size – 35M or greater
    max_execution_time – 150 or greater
    memory_limit 128M or greater

They also mentioned the hosting company would be able to handle this for me.

Who do I contact to have this done for me?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there!

The PHP server environment on WordPress.com for sites on the Business plan (such as yours) has a much higher capability than the ones you mentioned. Please check this page for more:

This means the import getting stuck is not due to our PHP server environment. Please contact the theme developers directly so that they can assist you with this further.
