  I can’t figure out how to do the PHP update… also having issues with site backup.

  Keep in mind that if WordPress.com does not host the site, this question will be better for WordPress.org forums. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.

  Bluehost is the domain site, so I guess I should post on .org?

  Yes, Bluehost would be where to update PHP, and you can contact your hosting about doing this. If you need help for the site software, posting at WordPress.org would be the way to go!
