PHP Update Recommended

  In August I raised a query and never got any replies but have just noticed it has been closed. I’m not quite sure why. The issue is still happening, even though my PHP version has since been updated to 8.3.27. I just really want to get rid of this error message. Thanks.

  My dashboard is telling me that I need a “PHP Update Recommended”:
  ”Your site is running on an outdated version of PHP (7.4.33), which does not receive security updates. It should be updated.”
  But according to my host provider I do not :
  “Web server

  • cpsrvd 11.126.0.24
  • Database client version: libmysql – mysqlnd 8.3.22
  • PHP extension: mysqli curl
  • mbstring e
    • PHP version: 8.3.22”
    Please advise if I need to take any action?
