PHP Upgrade on Windows 2008 R2

    Hi

    I need to upgrade PHP on my website and needed assistance please.

    My operating System is Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard
    IIS version is 7.5
    Current PHP Version is 5.3.6

    I wish to upgrade to the latest version. Please can you confirm if the latest version is 5.5.1

    IPlease can you also advise if the following file is compatable to my Windows Server and IIS Version:

    php-5.5.1-nts-Win32-VC11-x86.zip
