PHP version being downgraded and then upgraded

ecommerce website (with payment gateway).
The website was hosted in “A” server, “A” server downgraded the php version without informing. Thereafter, we move the website to “B” server. “B” server upgraded the php version to its original version.
Since then, after uploading some new products to the website, the products name will change automatically to “quote”, even thought we tried to manually change the products name from “quote” to the correct products name, however, it will still automatically change to “quote” in 1-2 days time. Please urgently assist! Thank you
