php version error – website and admin not available

  Hello

  I am trying to fix a plugin update issue that causes a php version conflict. The website is down and the admin is not available.

  I tried:
  – the recovery mode but it seems that it wasn’t activated (Recovery Mode not initialized)
  – FTP access but it wasn’t setup (admin connection creds not accepted)

  Is there any other solution to remove/revert the plugin?

  It looks like your site is not hosted on WordPress.com but using the open-source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

  Sorry if I am wrong but I am quite confident that the person who created it was unable to get it’s own hosting and install WP :)

  It may have been created with another email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I know it’s a free service but if you could check I would be very grateful.

  It doesn’t appear the site is hosted on WordPress.com. I would recommend reaching out to the hosting provider shown on the above link for additional help.

  further question: the domain name is hosted by a third party, but is it possible that you host the server with WP installed on it?
