  What I am trying to do is create the news type home page and sub-pages, but also combine that with my already existing phpbb forum. So pretty much all I want from wordpress is the pagination, story categories, story pages, and the comment section for the story pages. The username and stuff already exists on the forums, and is global through the entire site so I don’t need any of that from wordpress. I was told wordpress would be best to build a site like that, but no one could tell me how to combine that with my already existing forum.
