phpbb recent topic plugin

  I have added a plugin for my forum phpbb recent topics,

  gone in to the settings tab to try and configure it and get this msg

  “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”

  I am logged in as an admin when i try to get in?

  Can anyone help?
