phpMyAdmin how to restore deleted password and user name

  I use WordPress 2.9 version, i can’t login into my admin area, i tried to edit and change my password from phpMyAdmin through cpanel but it didn’t work! i deleted the password and the user name to start new one but i am stuck not knowing how!!! i tried to search for answers on through this forum and wordpress.org with no luck
  please help i need to set up a new user name and password for me to be able to work on my blog through phpMyAdmin or is there any other way easier than this.
