  Recently, PicApp photos I have copied and pasted have been transferring with less and less clutter. This is not a bad thing, of course but I wonder if they have changed their policy. A week ago I inserted a photo that lacked the previous information bar across the bottom and instead bore only a small icon.
  The latest photo I grabbed has no accreditation or promotion on it at all. Does anyone know if this is a new policy by PicApp for WordPress users or, perhaps, a glitch?
