  Ok, I figured out how to get my photos resized correctly, and I figured out that the problem is that when I export the resized photo, it isn’t actually saving the new file. So when I Browse to upload the photo, only the original is available. I have tried opening the resized file in Paint and doing a Save As, but when I close and open the folder it still isn’t there! Does anyone have any idea what I’m talking about here?

  Well if you’re doing a Save As… within MsPaint, I would note where it’s saving the image file. Sometimes it places it in weird spots like your browser cache. (I’m still trying to figure that one out myself)

  If you’re in WinXP, you do have those icons along the left hand side. I’d hit the desktop one and save it to the desktop. Please try that.
