  Hi there,

  Just wanted to ask which plan would be best for building a website for a small business?
  If all we need is a basic website with pages like ‘about’ and ‘contact us’ etc. would Premium or Business be better?
  Also, am I able to upgrade plans at any time and just pay the difference?

  that a plan can be upgraded or downgraded at any point. Plus it is refundable for 30 days after purchase. All of our plans, features, costs, details, etc… are on this page: Pricing

  What are you selling? Large or small quantities? Do you many products?
  If you are starting out small to test the market, then you could use a contact form to collect simple information from your clients. The user can still pay through the site using a PayPal button or the simple payments option. This can be done with the Premium plan.
