picking a template

    i have a customer that currently has 3 different websites. one for each of his locations in texas. i am combining these into one site with a home/landing page to direct the customer to the store in in their area. each location has their own social media links and they sell some different items so they need to appear to be 3 seperate stores. they also want to be able to gather thier customers contact info , like a mailing list. the managers of each of the 3 stores needs to be able to control their portion of their site. ie social media, client list area to advertise special events. They will not be selling any product on the site at all. any suggestions?
