    Hi, I am looking to start up an online shop. I’m looking at the difference between the premium plan and the business plan and have some questions.
    Firstly, how do SEO tools work and how effective are they?
    what kinds of google analytics are provided and is there another way to access them?
    what does the word press.com branding look like and why does it cost $33 a month to remove?
    Is the pricing I can see USD?
    lastly, I have already purchased a domain name, how do i use it and what will it cost me.

    All sites come with some SEO, which are very effective in itself: https://en.support.wordpress.com/seo/

    The difference is the Business Plan offers some additional customisation/advanced SEO, which the details of are covered in this support article: https://en.support.wordpress.com/seo-tools/

    what kinds of google analytics are provided and is there another way to access them?

    Google Analytics can only be used on sites with the Business Plan. However, it is worth noting that whilst all sites cannot use Google Analytics, WordPress.com provides several other statistics for all sites regardless of plan.

    what does the word press.com branding look like and why does it cost $33 a month to remove?

    It requires the Business Plan to remove it completely, but it’s generally just a small bit of text that says something similar along to “Powered by WordPress.com”, generally near the bottom of your theme. There’s a few options for this text, one of which includes the WordPress logo and no text.

    Is the pricing I can see USD?

    Staff can set the currency of your account for you, I’ve tagged them so you’ll likely receive a response within a few hours.

    lastly, I have already purchased a domain name, how do i use it and what will it cost me.

    You can either transfer or map your custom domain to WordPress.com. Either option is covered by purchasing any paid plan, which is required to use your custom domain on WordPress.com.

    I’ve changed your account from AUD to USD, so you should now see prices in that currency.

    Sorry I would prefer my account to be in AUD I was just making sure it wasn’t in USD since it’s a .com site sorry for the confusion
