pics in gallery are counted in stats and referrals as "1post amount of pics"

  the new media feature is great, but i have a serious problem. well 2 actually:

  1) i added a gallery with about 30 pics. every pic becomes like a “page” on the stats page. while its fun to see the stats shoot up its obviously false. people came to see one post and the stats shouldnt show picture views as page views.

  2) not only that, but since the page is considered to be the post+the amount of pics in the gallery, when ever someone links to my post, the first time someone clicks on that link it doesnt add “1” to the referrals but “1post+Xpics” or in my case, for every link to my post i get like 40 referrals listed for the first user who clicked the link, and only then it adds up +1 for every click.
