Pictorico: Faded black var across images

  Hello,

  I am using the Pictorico theme and on the home page and in posts, images have a faded black bar across them. Is there a way, using CSS perhaps, to get rid of the bar?

  This should hide it:

  .has-thumbnail .entry-header .entry-title {
      display: none;
  }
