Pictorico theme, how to make pictures fit on header

    Hello, Im using photoshop to make my pics, fit on the header, but some of them need to be enlarged in order to fit. Others look stretched and horrible. Theres an easy way to make the pictures to fit well?

    Also, can I choose a sample picture to the principal post pic, and other for the entire post? Please I need your help. Thanks!!!
