  Hi Carol,

  Do you mean your image here in the forums?
  That comes from your Gravatar account.
  You would need to log into your account and Gravatar.com

  I don’t believe there is a way to edit the image in there, so you would need to add a new one that is orientated the way you want before you upload it.

  You can then set the new image as your default image to show.

  Do you have questions about rotating the image?

  Do you still have the original on your computer? If so you could use a service like Photoshop Express http://www.photoshop.com/tools?wf=editor

  Please visit the link that Sandy provided and rotate the image 90 degrees clockwise. Afterwards, save the edited image to your computer and upload it to your Gravatar account here:

  Hello everyone.. I am facing the same issue with the picture as Carol. The picture is oriented correctly and still no matter which picture i choose it rotates it the other way. I also checked the idea of rotating the picture 90 degrees clockwise using Photoshop and it still does not work. Help please…
