Picture Alignment Function

Alignment of pictures. The function to re-align is a blank screen. I cannot adjust. I cleared cache/cookies, I rebooted my machine. It still does not work. I continue to get a blank screen so that the pictures cannot be aligned. Tell me what to do please! I have read all of the directions and still no help. I do NOT have this function…is it only for premium users? I am still using the free version. This is NOT available. Click the Add Media button above the editing area. I have used the insert picture function and then aligned it previously with the two graphic symbols that come up. HELP!

Are you logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered that blog?
