  insted of a text as title of widget, how do you put/make a picture as title of the widgett? is this possible? thank you for advanced

  No, it’s not possible at WordPress.com as far as I’m aware.

  You can make a pictured title using the textbox and just leave the space where one types in a title, blank. Then place this picture above the corresponding widget. This is what I did on my blog, to work around.
