Picture associated with blog when I post to Facebook.

If I post something to my blog, and ask it to publicize it at Facebook, it shows up with this horrible little tiling picture next to my Facebook timeline post. Is there anyway here to get rid of the tiling, or replace it with my gravitar?

Sorry but the issue is not on this end. We have no control over the images that Facebook chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.
