Picture Borders

Hi there,
Sadly the above would not let me insert the link I want to use here https://www.autotraderimports.com/
Over the past few years, I have always had these ugly borders around my pictures etc. Unconsciously I never really paid much attention to it until recently and finally realized how ugly they are.
This morning I spent hours searching Google for answers and found many including here on WP.
However, whichever customizes CSS code I input these borders will not go away.
Is there another code I am missing. Not every picture has a caption by the way.

You use the standalone WordPress software. Please submit your query to WordPress.org forums.
