picture change on tarski theme.

  i like this theme, but i would like to change the photo at the top of the page. i’ve looked all through the css of the theme, but can’t figure out where the picture is placed.

  You don’t need the CSS upgrade to do that unless you have changed the width of the theme or the height of the header area. You create a new header image and then go to appearance > header and upload the header. I always suggest creating one the exact size needed before uploading it to preserve image quality rather than using the wordpres crop feature.
