Picture for categories

    I have put a category on the menu. Now I need a picture to be at the top of the page, static above all my posts. How can I do that? I don’t the thumbnail option from the dashboard

    I have put a category on the menu. Now I need a picture to be at the top of the page, static above all my posts. How can I do that?

    It’s not clear whether you are referring to the header image at the top of the blog page, or featured images displayed at the top of single posts?

    Any category page will display in the header area the same image displayed in the header area of the blog page, that is, the Header Image. Alternatively, you may display no header image, or a set of randomized header images. On the Hemingway Rewritten theme featured images never display at the top of the blog page, category pages, or other archives pages.

    If you refer to single posts or (static) pages
    The Hemingway Rewritten theme guide says:

    If a featured image is assigned to a page or post, the image will appear in the header – otherwise, if you set a custom header it will be displayed.
