Picture format error

  Dear Madam/Sir,
  I’m trying to upload 4 pictures which each contains a sizing chart. I’m vetting an error message that this file format not supported for security reasons. What’s this all about? How can I still upload my sizing chart?

  Here at WordPress.com images need to be:
  .jpg .jpeg .png or .gif

  They are jpg or jpeg…. same as all my other pictures which are uploaded already.

  Is there anything special about the “sizing chart”? Have you tried checking the images on your PC? Renaming the images? Converting them to .png?
