  I don’t know how to remove my profile picture from the top of my blog header

  To remove the Gravatar image from the header of your theme go to “My Sites” (“Design” if you see the white menu) “Customize” “Theme Options” “Header Gravatar” and delete the email address from the box there and save changes with “Publish”.
