Picture in main blog header

I have been looking at my site and wondered where my main header is ie sharon harvey writing page – is it possible to put a photo of me at the side, so people know who i am please?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You chose a theme that does not have a custom image header. These are the themes that do have custom image headers > http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-header-image/I have previously answered your question

Yes it is and there are different ways of doing that. All you have to do is choose one and follow the instructions. See: > https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/photo-of-me-and-my-name-at-its-side?replies=10 There are no instructions I know of that are clearer than what I posted in that thread. :(

Ok thanks, oh sorry for the misunderstanding, I didnt mean what you thought I did with the photo…what I mean WAS on THIS template can I have a photo of me on the main header.
Not sure how to make that clearer..:(
So the Quentin template I cant have my photo on the main header – I get that now ok.

She did answer your question: No, you can’t do exactly that, because your theme does not have a custom header. You need to change to one that does.
