Picture missing on About page

  Using The Responsive Theme, when I first set it up my picture appeared on the About page. Now it has disappeared. I have tried using the Featured Image function (this is how I do it on my self-hosted WordPress site), to no avail.
  How can I set it so that my photo appears on the About page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
