Picture not showing in Columnist theme

  HI,
  One of my pictures will not show up in its column on the home/posting page. It’s a grey box. I’ve tried making it the same size and making sure it matches the properties of the other pictures I’ve inserted, but this one will not work- it shows up on the second page (“continue reading” page) but not the home page. Am I doing something wrong with the pic? thanks!

  You probably didn’t upload the image via the Add Media tool of the post in question. It should show up if you set it as a featured image.
