Picture not showing up to reader

  On the extra page, I put in a picture and it shows up to me, but when I log out and look at my blog the pic doesn’t show up. How do I make it visible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sorry, I should have been clearer. I can see it when I’m editing my blog and I upload it into the blog, but viewers reading the finished post can’t see it.
