Picture Perfect Theme

  Hello, I need some help. I created a blog last night. Prior to signing up I looked through the themes to figure out which one worked for my blog. I found picture perfect which is a free theme, but when I go to the Apperance>Themes it was not listed. So I found it on the wordpress theme directory and downloaded it but now I am stuck. I don’t know what to do from there. I read the instructions but I’m still not sure what to do? Can someone help me please? Also I’m using Mac.

  I think you have some confusion about the differences between wordpress.COM and wordpress.ORG.

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  Self-hosted blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG can use themes you download off the internet. Blogs hosted here at the wordpress.COM hosting service are limited to the 100+ themes listed at appearance > themes.
