Picture problem.

  I have a problem, everytime I try to upload a picture it starts the upload, then stops around 20% I’ve waited for five minutes and it still will not move. I have just made a wordpress blog and I’ll I’ve only beena ble to post once. I am using Google Chrome, thanks for any help.
