Picture problem

  I am trying to load my profile picture, but it wont allow me to turn my picture so my face isn’t sideways. Any suggestions on what to do?

  Rotate it before you upload it.

  Yes, it works. Rotate the photo using proper a graphics program, save it as a jpg using a different name from the original file, and upload it. 9 times out of 10 when it fails it’s because you used a program just meant to show it on a phone, and the phone auto-corrects the alignment, so the actual rotation is not saved in software.
