Picture resized in editor, but displays full size in post

  I insert a picture into my post. Click and drag to resize. Preview post, picture is full size. This also shows up if I post, so not just in the preview.

  I use the reduce by % buttons. Save picture. Preview post, picture is still full size.

  I add a caption to the picture and the picture resizes. But I don’t want to add a caption to every picture.

  How can I just get a regular picture to resize. Never had this problem until a couple weeks ago when the drag and drop media loader showed up.
