picture thumbnails on facebook

  for some reason when i post my latest blog (http://wp.me/pbJLM-hb) on Facebook, i don’t get the option to pick a thumbnail picture. i tried a different blog to see if it’s blog specific and indeed i’m allowed to pick a thumbnail pic for older blogs. i tried using the “share” feature and same thing. any thoughts?
