Picture Titles

  Hi,
  I am sorry if this question is pointless and annoying, but I was wondering if you can stop this:
  When you put your mouse over a picture and don’t click it, the title of the pic comes up.

  Sure. When you insert the picture into the post, you just don’t put in any of the Alt text. And don’t use the Caption feature at all.
