  I can’t upload any images or video using the jet pack app. Please how do I pass this . Thank you

  Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited to what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

  You’ll need to reach out to the Jetpack app support team for help. Please go to “My Site”, tap on your profile icon, “Help & Support”, and tap “Contact Support” to get in touch with their support team.

  They’ll be able to better advise why you’re having issues uploading media through the app.
