Picture won't updated

    Hi, I used short code to display posts on a page (with post images). Then I changed the featured image in one post but the picture doesn’t change in where the short code display the posts…
    I tried deleting the old image from WordPress at all and it doesn’t help to…
    I used a tag to choose which posts will be displayed and it seems that the picture is linked somehow to the tag and refuse to be changed…
    What should I do to fix it?
