Trying to upload picture
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What errors or issues are you getting when you try to upload the picture? Also, are you doing this from a mobile browser, a mobile app, or a computer?

No errors. It tells me to press control plus V to upload picture rather than paste. It does nothing. Thanks

Are you doing this in a web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer…)? Are you on a Windows, Linux, or Mac?

Are you running a browser and version of it found at http://browsehappy.com? If not, upgrade.
Uploading images into your Media Library does not embed them into posts or pages.
Have you exhausted your free media storage space?

If the answer is yes go to Adding Storage Space
https://en.support.wordpress.com/space-upgrade/If the answer is no, then have you tried dragging an image straight from your desktop or computer’s image folder and drop it directly into your post’s editor?
If you prefer you can click on the Add Media button from the toolbar of your editor to upload an image to your post.

Your issue may not be browser related at all.
Also, note that Explorer is not enough information. when asked which browser one is using one needs to provide the version number as well. That can be found at http://supportdetails.com

I have answered your response through email. And I am positive it is not browser related. It is because I do not have a manual to help figure out how to do things.

To answer your question and the latest request you sent about me not answering this . I am using Internet Explorer 11 and Chrome. I have both. I do not think it is an issue, it is an issue of me not knowing how to use WordPress. That is why I asked how to do something. The help for WordPress it not very good. I seem to have through trial and error been able to put a graphic on the Blog. I am also paying for the use of WordPress.
