The usual way to display images in your posts is to upload images directly to your site and into your Media Library. It looks like you have hotlinked to someone elses images located eleswhere on the Interweb so you have no control over whether those images continue to display or not.

Did you happen to import your content from Blogger recently? The issue is that Google (Blogger) does not provide an actual export file for migrating to another platform. Instead the offer a “backup” file intended to allow you to restore lost content on Blogger… they did not really intend it to work with other platforms.

We do offer a Blogger import option, and try our best to import as much content as possible, but because we’re essentially taking the blogger backup file and trying to “make it work as an export” it can sometimes be the case that not everything will come over to WordPress.com.

That seems to be the case with the missing images you have now. Do you have the option to restore your Blogger site so it’s online again? This should allow you to re-run the import and see if we can grab more images in the import.

You may also need to manually copy some images over, which is the other reason I am hoping you can still access your Blogger site. Thanks for the additional info!
