Pictures
-
Hi. I’m new to WordPress. I uploaded a picture, which I thought would be used as a picture visible to people accessing my site. Instead WP used it as an avatar or something next to the name of my site. I guess I misunderstood. It’s tiny; I see it, but nobody else. Can someone explain to me where I can put a big picture that would highlight my site along with the articles I published, visible to all? Thanks in advance.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

See here first for your theme description page details https://wordpress.com/themes/minnow/
Then see:

https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-backgrounds/Make sure you are running a browser and version of it found here http://browsehappy.com or upgrade please.
Then make sure you have no exhausted your free media storage space allocation here > Dashboard > Media Library
