I was deleting unused pictures from my media library and only kept the ones attached to a post. After I was done, I only had the pictures that were being used BUT when i went into my site ALL of my pictures were gone. And when I tried to edit each individual post to reload the picture once updated, there is still no picture. [link redacted]
I also deleted unused plugins in hopes that my site would load faster. Did I somehow delete a plugging that I need from pictures?

Pictures that aren’t attached to posts can still be used on the site, depending on how you have your site set up. Generally: do not delete images unless you are not using them on your site at all.
Your site is not hosted here (here’s the difference), so if you need help restoring a backup, please reach out to your backup service provider, or to your host.
Also, since I couldn’t reach the server when I tried loading the site, you may consider asking your host about that, too. If they’re unable to help, you’d be welcome to try our services, or use the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ if you want to continue running your own installation with help from the community.
