Pictures all mixed up!

  i have been uploading a few post with pictures. But always, pictures starts to mixed up into different post. So, I am getting the same pictures in 2 different post. It happen almost everytime. How can I solve it?

  Can you show us an example of a post where this happens? Does it happen if you center the pictures?
